So true, so true. Incremental change just isn&#039;t enough, but it is a battle to achieve even that. The opportunistic opposition of our so called progressive party to BC&#039;s carbon tax illustrates that point well. 
But we can&#039;t give up ; the lost multi million dollar effort by oil interests to shelve the WCI in the recent California initiative vote is encouraging. California is where change begins! And while slow change will not prevent global disaster, it beats no change.
